The Begining
The Tecnologia journey began in 1995 when two college friends, John Salivan and Kris Klopperman got together and started selling computers and engineering calculators.

We are global
The Tripoli Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit 2025, organized by the Planning Institute under Libya’s Ministry of Planning, will take place from December 15–18, 2025, during Global Entrepreneurship Week. This four-day event aims to foster sustainable economic development by promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and innovators. The summit will feature interactive activities such as a startup expo, investment forums, workshops, mentorship sessions, and hackathons, alongside networking opportunities and policy dialogues. By showcasing Libyan talent, attracting investment, and addressing challenges, the summit seeks to empower youth, build capacity, and drive inclusive growth, positioning Libya as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
